First off shipping was free and quick. Getting the LCD and installing it myself saved me $96 as I could have paid $150 for the screen and installation at a AT&T retail location.
Anyways, the installation was straight forward by following both the video and the instructions in the PDF file. It took me at most an hour to disassemble and reassemble the phone with the new LCD screen. Do yourself a favor and get their tools, as they came in very handy. |

took awhile to get since it was backorder but once I got it install went smoothly even without the plastic tool. just used a small screwdriver. took a little under an hr. though a couple times now while the screen is off it tries to cut back on without me doing anything. maybe there''s just a loose connection. need to open it back up and check everything. |

Took a few day for them to ship my screen, but once I got it and installed it, it worked like a champ. Followed the instruction and taped the parts as was recomended. Everything went smooth. Couldn''t figure out how to remove the keyboard ribbon so i just pulled it out.. Then i realized that the connector flips up releasing the ribbon. All in all was very satisfied. Definitly would buy here again. |

I ordered my screen and a screw driver from them and received everything in a carefully secured packege. I was very happy with the quality! Worst thing was to replace the screen. Be VERY Patient! It will work. |

Saved a lot of money and it couldn''t be easier with the instructions. Took a good 15-20 minutes tops going slow and being careful not to break anything (other than the already broken lcd screen). Definitely take your time on it and make sure you have all the necessary tools listed in the directions. |

I was really impatient to get the new screen, but once it came in, I took my time. It took maybe an hour, but you definitely need a small phillips screwdriver. I printed the directions and taped the screws to the directions as recommended and it worked great! Hopefully I''ll be more careful now, but if I should break my screen, I will definitely be back. |

Printing directions and taping parts to each step was a good idea. With one of connectors wasn''t sure how to remove but if you look at assembly pics you get a different view and it was clearer what to do. If you have any mechanical ability you can do this. Took me about 1-2 hours going slow. |

Saved $150, plus time it would have taken to send in and get it back. Awesome. Stipped one philips screw because I was impatient with it. Had to drill it off. Still works perfectly. A bit tricky getting the keyboard cable back on. Opening tool is now dinnered. Print directions like John recommends. Thanks Fonlogix. |

If you follow the instructions to the letter, the replacement goes in like a champ. My only complaint was that the opening tool''s tip started to break at first use, definitely a one and done tool. You do need a very small Phillips head screwdriver as well. Highly recommend buying from Fonlogix. |

I was a little concerned at first, but Blaine answered all my questions and I meticulously followed the replacement directions. I suggest that you print all the direction pages and then tape the parts to each page as you remove them. It makes putting the phone back together quite easy. In the end, my Tilt works great and I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat |
