How can I place an order with FonLogix?

The fastest and most secure method is to place your order online through our secure website.  Though we maintain a secure site, we do understand some people are reluctant or fearful of placing orders online.  Therefore, we are also able to take phone orders.  If placing a phone order, please have ready the item(s) you would like to order as well as your credit card information.

 

What does it mean if an item’s status is “Back Order”?

When an item’s status is on Back Order, it means we have more orders for the item then we currently have in inventory.  When the item comes back in stock, the awaiting orders will be filled from oldest to newest.  Back order items can still be purchased, and the order will ship when there is enough of the item in inventory.  An item’s availability is shown on the product page, next to the price.

 

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email.  Was my order successful?

If you placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email, the best way to find out if your order was successful is to call our customer service department.  Many times the confirmation email ends up in the spam folder, or is not able to be delivered because an email address was not provided.

 

I think I may have accidentally placed a duplicate order, how can I check and cancel it if so?

Call our customer service department right away.   If a duplicate order was placed, we can find it and cancel it.  We can cancel an order until it is being processed by the warehouse.  If a duplicate order has already been shipped, we cannot stop it.  When you receive it, do not open it, write Return to Sender on the package, and send it back to us.  When we receive it back, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase.

 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We ask that you allow 24-48 hours for processing of your order before it is shipped.  Occasionally we do run out of stock on an item and have to wait until our next shipment arrives.  When an item is back in stock, orders are filled from oldest to newest.  Orders are not processed outside of our regular business hours.  When your order ships, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.


What are my shipping options?

Once an order leaves our facilities, it is entrusted to the delivery carrier to deliver the package.  The estimated delivery time is in addition to the 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) needed to process the order.

    USPS Express
    USPS 1-2 Day Priority

  *Washington State - USPS 1-2 Day Priority Only


How can I get free shipping?

To qualify for free USPS 1-2 Day Priority shipping, your order must total $79 or more in items.  If you have $79 or more in items in your cart, the free shipping option will appear.  Make sure it is selected and then check out.


How do I return an item or purchase?

If you have an item, or purchase, that you need to return, and it is within the guidelines of our return policy, contact our customer service department.  We will verify that the purchase is within the guidelines of our return policy and give further instruction as to how to return the item.

 

What if I get the wrong part?

This happens either because we messed up or you messed up.  We process hundreds of orders a day, and sometimes we grab the wrong thing and send it to you.  If this happens, contact customer service and let them know.  We will get the correct part sent out to you, at no cost to you.  If you ordered the wrong part, then you can either keep it, or return it for a refund.  To get the correct part you will need to place a new order.


How long does it take to receive a refund on a cancelled purchase?

After an order is cancelled, it can take up to five business days for a refund to be issued.

 

Can I make a change to an order after it has been placed?

Yes, but you must call our customer service department.  If you want to remove an item or items, a refund for the difference will be processed within 5 business days.  If you want to add an item or items, we will need your credit card information to charge the difference.  We do not keep credit card information on file.

 

Return Policy

Returns of all items, except LCD screens, may be made within 7 days of delivery of an order.  LCD screens may be returned within 3 days of delivery.  To make a return please call our customer service department or apply for an RMA number when logged into your account.  All items must be returned in new, unused condition, with your RMA number clearly written on 3 sides of the package.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once the returned items are received back by us, and pass an inspection for any damage, a refund for the purchase price will be issued.  If the returned items are not in a new, unused condition, or do not have the RMA number clearly written on 3 sides of the package it will by sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.  All return items are subject to a 15% restock fee.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns are subject to refund only, not exchange.
